Every morning Mom and Dad went for a walk to begin the day. Well Friday was a wee bit different. They came home to tell the boys that there were tractors on the sand digging big holes to replace some pipes. Well of course they immediately went to the window to see if they could spot anything. Sure enough there were tractors digging away.
We got a close look. Travis loved it and could have watched them dig all day. Of course large tractors at work are always fun, but the big treat of the day was the heaps of sand to jump around on.
Travis walked with me to the sand piles. He loved to walk in the sand without shoes.
I think we could have spent hours at the sand piles. It was so soft and you could really sink into them. And jumping down was the best part. The boys had a great time - what a bonus to a week of fun!
