Amy and Charlotte are participating in "Kangaroo Care". Studies have shown that when preemies are placed directly on bare skin, they thrive. So at feedings when Amy is there, they let them cuddle like this. I think it's so precious!
And here's the little sleeping beauty. Notice how small she is compared to Derek's hand?
I love how they harp on everyone about "Back to Sleep" and in the hospital they are allowing a preemie to sleep on her tummy. Guess it wasn't such a crime that all 3 of my boys were stomach sleepers!
