For our stay in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, we lodged on the base at the American resort.
Edelweiss doesn't leave anything to the imagination!!! It's a beautiful and large place that is very rustic and homey. When you walk in, you immediately feel at home.
This is the mural painted on the front of the lodge. Of course it's beautiful all around too as it's in the middle of the Alps. From the resort you can see the schutspitz (I'm sure the spelling is totally wrong) or the highest point.
