Happy Easter

We are not very conventional in that the Easter Bunny doesn't visit our house.
The boys have asked why not and I just say that there isn't much that an oversized bunny has to do with the Resurrection.
However, with that said, we do enjoy having egg hunts... because what kid doesn't like searching for eggs with goodies inside?

Jake went out to "hide" the eggs and then we let the boys loose.

Jake wanted some to be challenging so that the older two could have fun. Others were quite obvious and meant for Travis. Brad had to show off his climbing abilities in order to retrieve an egg.

Here's Wyatt looking up on the front yard for any other eggs.

Travis really didn't have any interest in the eggs at first. He was just happy to be outside, so he grabbed his favorite thing... the basketball.

We were able to get the ball away, and with Grammy and Grandpa's help, finding eggs became a fun game.

It took him a few minutes to zero in on the eggs, but once he got the hang of it, he was a crazy egg snatcher.
