At first, Travis didn't quite know what to think. Ends up he's afraid of elevators, so he was still a little shaken up from the ride down from the 18th floor. Good thing he loosened up and had some fun!
Brad and Wyatt are much more relaxed this year as they have more confidence in the water. They battled the waves and had a great time.
Two dads and two babies... we're just missing Clay and Madison. They were still on their way from the airport for this shot. What a tender moment though (sigh!).
Travis realized how fun it can be to play in the sand. At first he flung a little sand and I think waited to get fussed out. When he realized he could fling and play in it, he seemed to be really happy. He also found the shovel and enjoyed slapping the water and sand with it.
Of course crawling on the sand can be rough on the knees, so all moving around is done by walking (very wobbly still since it's such a new concept) or by "monkey crawling".
